There was an old story that says “the game is not over until the fat lady sings “… Suffice it to say, there is going to be a great deal of back-and-forth discussions/ negotiations before this matter is resolved, if ever…! If there is an ultimate resolution, a large portion of the student population, that have borrowed money in the past and paid it back to pay for their college tuition, or those that still have outstanding loans will never be completely satisfied and resolved…. Final resolution may take many years to finalize, if ever….
